Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all modules, cables, and tools that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking information.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
